The staff and service at vets4pets longstone is amazing! I have been coming here with my cats for years now, I always feel comfortable and confident when they in the care of the nurses and vets here. All staff members, from reception to the nurses and vets, are compassionate and have taken the time to get to know my dog, ensuring we always feel comfortable and well-cared for. The appointment process is efficient, and being able to send photos and ask questions via WhatsApp is very helpful.

The staff in here are absolutely amazing. Very friendly, professional and welcoming. Very inviting premises with parking available, my dogs love going here, so much that they try to go there even without an appointment when we're walking by. Highly recommended and their pet plan is brilliant to spread costs through the year covering flea, worm and tick treatments as well as annual vaccinations. They also have a handy reminder text system so we never miss an appointment, treatment or our vaccinations.
