I called about potential emergency with my elderly parents dog on a saturday afternoon. She's not a patient of this location. They refused to see her because of that, adding they do NOT see new animals on weekends out of "loyalty" to their "year-round" clients. I asked where their loyalty to sick animals was, obviously don't have any. All about the money!!!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!! Not everyone has hundreds of £ to pay upfront before being seen by the emergency vets in Belfast. I have used 2 other V4Ps over the years for my own animals and NEVER experienced an attitude like it. Try another V4P! I recommend the other 2 whole heartedly!!!! Newtownabbey and Bangor.

No point even booking an appointment as they leave you standing in the shop for up to an hour and just seem to see you whenever they feel like it. Reception staff extremely rude. Moved vets as a result.

Thank you to the amazing team at the vets for looking after Georgios. My American cocker spaniel is not very easy to deal with when it comes to vet appointments or grooming but we are very lucky that this amazing team always look after him so well and gets him back to his usual self. Georgios went in for a wee MOT to get his bloods checked, teeth done and ears. The team looked after him so well. Thanks again 😊❤️

Our rescue dog has had several visits during the couple of years we've had him and the staff all know him and make a fuss of him. All of the secretaries, nurses and vets we've dealt with here have been brilliant- very friendly, put Rusty at ease, explained everything to us in detail. They've been very thorough- but made sure to make us aware of any pricing beforehand and also let us know when certain tests etc may not be needed, so they're definitely not in the habit of overcharging. We can't thank the team enough for everything they've done for Rusty.

I was highly satisfied with my visit which is absolutely no surprise as I feel the exact same anytime we are in. From the booking of the appointment to leaving everyone is so friendly and welcoming to both us and Charlie (the patient). The way the vet and the reception staff always seem to remember Charlie and ask questions about him even if something that happened a good while ago just shows the level of genuine interest and care they have for the animals, it also provides great comfort and trust in the vets to look after my pet. Massive thank you and keep doing what you guys are doing
